Dithiophosphate 730

Dithiophosphate 730 is an ultra-strong, selective flotation collector for gold, copper–gold, silver, lead, and zinc ores, delivering exceptional recovery and superior performance in refractory and complex sulfide systems.

Category:

Dithiophosphate 730

Dithiophosphate 730 is a high-strength, high-selectivity dithiophosphate flotation collector specially designed for copper, gold, silver, lead, zinc, and complex polymetallic sulfide ores.
Known for its extra-strong collecting power, superior adsorption, and excellent response in difficult ore bodies, Dithiophosphate 730 is widely used in modern concentrators that require high recovery in challenging flotation environments.

Compared with standard dithiophosphates (such as 25, 35, and 3477) and reinforced types (such as 650), Dithiophosphate 730 provides even stronger collecting ability while maintaining excellent selectivity against pyrite, pyrrhotite, arsenopyrite, and gangue minerals.
Its advanced formulation makes it particularly suitable for rougher flotation in complex sulfide systems, high-sulfur copper ores, and finely disseminated gold-bearing sulfides.

Engineered for demanding flotation circuits, Dithiophosphate 730 offers:
Very high collecting strength for chalcopyrite, bornite, galena, and precious-metal sulfides
Outstanding selectivity against pyrite and iron sulfides
Superior performance in refractory gold and semi-oxidized copper–gold ores
Enhanced recovery of fine gold, silver, and disseminated sulfide minerals
Improved flotation efficiency in Cu/Pb and Cu/Zn separation
Cleaner concentrate grade with reduced sulfur and penalty elements
Robust stability across broad pH ranges and difficult pulp conditions
Strong synergistic effect when blended with xanthates or thionocarbamates

Dithiophosphate 730 is especially effective in:
• copper–gold (Cu–Au) flotation
• gold–silver flotation with refractory or fine sulfide association
• high-sulfur and complex polymetallic ores
• copper–lead and copper–zinc differential flotation
• semi-oxidized copper flotation circuits
• operations requiring a stronger collector than 25/35/3477/650
