DTP Blends are high-performance thionocarbamate-based collector formulations engineered to deliver enhanced selectivity and improved metallurgical performance in gold, copper–gold, and complex sulfide flotation circuits.
By combining DTP (O-Isopropyl-N-Ethyl Thionocarbamate) with tailored additives—such as dithiophosphates, dithiocarbamates, or synergistic oxidized organics—DTP Blends offer superior adsorption strength, better pyrite control, and more stable flotation kinetics compared with single-component collectors.
DTP Blends are specifically designed to address challenging ore conditions including refractory gold, finely disseminated sulfide ores, partially oxidized copper ores, and complex Cu/Pb/Zn separation circuits.
Their enhanced selectivity makes them particularly effective where xanthates are too strong or too non-selective.
